DURHAM - RENAISSANCE CENTER SOLD FOR $90 MILLION
Durham, North Carolina. Midland Atlantic Development Sells 70-Acre Mixed-Use Center. The Buyers are the Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Illinois and CBL & Associates of Chattanooga, Tennessee. The center includes about 300,000 square feet of shops and 56,000 square feet of offices. It is located on Fayetteville Road at Interstate 40. Midland Atlantic started the center in 2004 and completed it only last year.
