MORRISVILLE NORTH CAROLINA - NEW OLD STYLE HOMES COMMUNITY

Morrisville North Carolina.  Question: What do you get when you mix award winning builders, a broad but unique architectural range of homes, more than 100 different exterior combinations and quality construction?  Answer: The new Kitts Creek subdivision in Morrisville.

Kitts Creek will be comprised of 800 single family Cottage, Bungalow, Village and Grand Village estate homes in 18 different architectural designs: English Manor, Georgian, Folk Victorian, Second Empire, Victorian, Georgian Revival, Country Lodge, Farm House, Charleston, Gothic, Georgian Colonial, Federal, Craftsman, Queen Anne, Southern Plantation, Cotswold, Adirondack and Cuc —- amonga.  This architectural diversity will also include townhomes.  The plan is designed to offer buyers a turn of the 20th century American small town setting complete with tree lined streets and a three acre town square complex and community center.  The town square complex will have a 6,200 square foot clubhouse, an eight-lane competition pool, pool slide, wading pool and restrooms.  There will be a 36 foot gazebo and an elaborate playground.  Do you hear a band playing John Phillip Souza music in the background?

Cottage homes will range in size from 1,900 square feet to 2,700 square feet and will be priced from the upper $200s.  Grand Boulevard estate homes will range in size from 3,700 square feet to 4,300 square feet and start in the low $500s.  Townhomes will range from 1,900 square feet to 2,100 square feet and prices will start in the mid $200s.  All homes in the community wil have rear access attached garages.

The areas principal builders, Lanny Caldwell and David Schmidt, have won “Builder of the Year” awards four times between them and have more marketing and design awards than any other builders in the Triangle.  For more information or to tour this or any other homes in the Triangle call me.
