CARY - REEDY CREEK PLAZA SOLD
Cary, North Carolina. Cary’s Reedy Creek Plaza shopping center sold. Reedy Creek Plaza a 57,775 square foot shopping center on Maynard Road in Cary was sold for $4.68 million. The center’s major tenants are a Dollar General and a Food Lion. Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services handled the sale. The national gloom about declining home sales and less consumer spending are causing developers in the Triangle to pull back. By the same token real-estate investors look at the areas growth in population and strong job market and are buying anything they can get their hands on. This once again proves that what’s sauce for the goose is not necessarily sauce for the gander.
