Raleigh a top city to invest in. Justin Ford says that Raleigh is one of the top five cities in the U.S. to invest in. With all the talk about “bubble” areas where real estate values are declining, there are certain areas and certain cities that are running contrary to this trend and whose futures look very, very bright indeed. Raleigh is one of those cities. I will give you some of his thoughts in future posts.
