Cary, North Carolina. There are very few retail developments anywhere in the Triangle area that can be characterized as a dud. Despite an excellent location at the corner of Tryon and Kildaire Farm Roads, the Waverly Place shopping center has never been successful. That may change. Its current owner is planning to take a retail page out of Raleigh’s North Hills book. With 22 acres to work with the possibilities of it becomes a retail star performer are very good indeed.
